In addition to the platform fee, you will also pay for usage. Many of the usage fees are optional, such as email or phone number validation services, or integrated chatGPT services, and you have the option to turn these off and on at any time.

For example, you might want the transcript of an AI call to get analyzed by chatGPT to provide coaching tips and suggested next steps based on the outcome of the call, and update the CRM record with the AI's response. Doing this would require us to purchase tokens via OpenAI's API, and these charges would be passed through to you. In this example, it would cost only $0.015 for the usage of that service.

The most common usage fees are:

-AI voice call: as low as $0.09 per minute of recorded talk time.

-AI SMS: $0.04 per text response

-API Triggers: $0.015 (Per Call Attempt)

In most cases, these fees tend to be very low for the majority of our clients, typically $40-$80/month, but can be more or less depending on the volume of leads you're having the platform work each month.

Month 1 you will only pay the $1000 activation fee. You do not pay the $500 platform fee until the second month.

When you first sign up with us, we will have you fill out an intake form. We will use the information you provide to complete A2P and 10DLC registration. (thats "compliance talk" for registering your use case and the types of communication that you send to your leads, with with the cell phone carriers and the FCC)

This ensures that cell carriers won't block calls and texts being made in a compliant and transparent ways. But don't worry, we take care of the paperwork and application for you.

In order for us to get your application accepted, you need:

-A valid EIN

-A registered LLC in good standing with your Secretary of State

-A website with a contact form, terms of service, and privacy policy page.
